Pam Richards
Pamela Richards has served as Commissioner of Tourism of the Virgin Islands Government; Executive Director of the 29th Legislature of the Virgin Islands; and most recently as the Interim Chief of Staff for President David Hall, University of the Virgin Islands. As Community Service is very important to her, she also serves on the board of Directors of both the Agriculture and Food Fair of the U.S. Virgin Islands and Carambola Northwest, LLC; as the Chairman of the Federation of St. Croix Taxi Associations, Inc ., and as a member of the Virgin Islands Commission on Judicial Conduct. She has served on the Boards of United Way of St. Croix, St. George Village Botanical Garden; Our Town Frederiksted, Inc; Travel Industry Association of America; Virgin Islands Humanities Council; Virgin Islands Port Authority (Chairman); and as an Appointed Member Salt River Bay National Historic Park & Ecological Preserve at St. Croix (Public Law 102-247).
Ms. Richards-Samuel joined the Board of the SJHS in 2014.
