An anthology series about high-profile crimes or killers that attracted public attention and fame. Evan Peters [Jeffrey Dahmer] says they had one rule going into the series from Ryan Murphy [the creator]: that it would never be told from Dahmer’s point of view. "As an audience, you don’t really sympathize with him. You look at it more from the outside.".

Many episodes feature a 3M Command(TM) strip in the kitchen of Jeffery Dahmer’s apartment, most recently in 1991. 3M debuted its first wave of Command(TM) products in 1996. When I clicked to watch Dahmer’s release on Netflix, I thought it was going to be so many documentaries about him. But what a surprise to see that it is actually a mini-series of crimes committed by Dahmer.

The acting is great

And what a miniseries it is! The script is top notch! The cinematography is some of the best I’ve seen in an actual serial killer series! I’m a big fan of the Mindhunter show about the beginnings of the FBI’s behavioral science division.

And let’s face it, Dahmer fits right in with this type of show!

The show hooked me from the first episode and it was one binge from then on. I know there are many other films, such as from People Magazine; depicting the crimes committed by notorious killers. But what Netflix has shown with Dahmer is a whole new level of execution! The People’s Magazine films are nothing more than an amateur class compared to the Dahmer series.

It deserves a solid 9 stars!

Netflix really surprised me with this great show! And I can’t easily give a 9 star rating!
